1- How do I place an order?

1- For firearm orders, we need your name, address, contact tel#, date of birth, Copy of your PAL by fax or email for first time customers, place of birth and payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EMT's to tradeex@bellnet.ca, or postal and/or Bank money order. You may place your order by calling us toll free at 1-866-635-2829, or fax us your order to 514-335-9439, or email us at tradeex@bellnet.ca. If you place your order online and would like to pay with a credit card, please submit your order, then call us with your order# and payment details. Please note that we do not ship C.O.D.

2-How much is shipping?

2- Shipping fee for 1 firearm is $25.00 from coast to coast. This includes insurance and signature requirement. Any additional firearm on the same order will be an additional $10 shipping fee (ex: 2 guns = $35.00, 3 guns= $45.00 etc). Other items will be charged actual shipping. we do not charge any handling fees at this time. PLEASE NOTE: If ordering online, shipping charges listed in the shopping cart may be exagerated when ordering several parts and accessories. Actual shipping costs will be less then indicated.

3- What is your return policy?

3- Our return policy is known to be the very best in the firearm industry. If you receive an item, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 30 day, no questions asked return for 100% refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs). We do not charge restocking fees. Firearms that have been altered, fired, or modified in any way will not be eligible for refund. Special order items subject to restocking fee

4- Ammunition purchases

4- We also need a copy of your PAL for ammunition purchases. Ammunition will be shipped via UPS at surprisingly low rates. Unfortunately, we can not ship ammo to P.O. Boxes, Yukon or NWT (or other remote locations) as we can only use ground service.

5- Do you ship firearm to the United States (or other Countries).

5- The short answer is no. However we do export firearms with a minimum export order of $3000.00. US Customers please find out from ATF what is required from you to import.

6- How can I place a Firearm on Hold?

We require a minimum of a 25% deposit to have a firearm to be placed on hold. We are flexible for lay aways within a reasonable amount of time as well.

7- What taxes will be charged to my order?

Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland are subject to the 13% HST

Nova Scotia is subject to a 15% HST

British Columbia is subject to a 12% HST

Quebec is subject to the GST and PST

All other Provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, P.E.I., Yukon, NWT) are subject to GST only.
